Handcrafted
Our fresh and high quality products are handcrafted in small batches at the time of order. With each batch there may be a slight variation in color, scent or shape due to variances in raw ingredients.
Heat Sensitive Products
Some of our products such as body bars, body butters, lips balms, lotion bars and scrubs are all sensitive to heat. These products can soften when exposed to temperatures above 80 degrees Fahrenheit or direct sun exposure for long periods of time. Please keep this in mind when ordering during hot summer months. Delivery instructions should include a designated cool and shaded area where your products can left when no one will be available to accept deliver of your package. Plush Potions cannot be responsible for products that melt when left in a hot environment.
International Orders
Unfortunately we are only able to process orders within the US at this time.
Ordering
All of our products are available for order through our secure online store at www.plushpotions.com. We are not accepting phone orders at this time.
Order Processing Time
To provide the freshest, high quality products Plush Potions creates, pours and packages all products by hand in small batches at the time of order. This handcrafting process takes time so please allow 5-7 days for retail order processing and 7-10 days for wholesale order processing. Shipping time will be in addition to processing time. All customers will receive e-mail notification of order processing and shipping date. Please allow for extended shipping times during high volume seasons such as holidays.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express as well as PayPal payment processing. We do not accept COD, money orders and checks at this time.
Product Shelf Life
To assure the freshest quality, Plush Potions products should be used within one year of receipt date. To extend the life of your products, store them in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight and always close lids tightly.
Returns/Exchanges
In an effort to assure the freshest products Plush Potions will only accept returns on products that were damaged during shipping or in the event a product was shipped incorrectly. If you receive a damaged product contact carrier to report damage and retain all shipment packaging material for carrier inspection. Email customersupport@plushpotions.com within 3 business days of receipt of your damaged shipment and include the nature of the damage, order number, tracking number and chosen carrier. If you received an incorrect shipment, please e-mail customersupport@plushpotions.com and include the nature of the error and order number. Unauthorized refused, returned, or misrouted orders will not be refunded.
Safety Precautions
If you have any potential contraindications to using essentials oils such as epilepsy, pregnancy, liver damage, cancer, or any other medical issue, please speak with your doctor before ordering or using an essential oil product. If irritation occurs while using our products, discontinue use. Plush potions products are for external use only, not edible and should be kept out of children’s reach. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Use caution with scrubs, they may cause slippery floors.
Sales Tax
Indiana sales tax will be charged on all orders. Registered wholesale orders that have provided a valid Tax ID will not be charged sales tax.
Samples
Due to handcrafting and the freshness of our products, it is not possible to supply samples at this time.
Shipping
We offer shipping through UPS, USPS, and Fed Ex, customer can select the priority of shipping. Each order will receive an e-mail with ship date and tracking number. Please note: we are not responsible for lost, stolen, misrouted, or returned packages. However, as part of our effort to provide the best possible customer service we will attempt to assist you in locating undelivered packages. Please contact carrier directly if your package is not received. Also, send an e-mail to customersupport@plushpotions.com with your order number, tracking number and chosen carrier UPS, USPS, etc.
